Titus Thomson

With over 30 years of experience in applying the “Consensus Mosaic Model” and sustainable finance, Titus has pioneered ecological and financial innovations. He contributed to Wenchuan disaster relief by applying phase-change material technology to manage large-scale benzene recovery and high-concentration emissions, advanced forest carbon meta-sensing hardware, microwave transmission, and cross-border renewable energy cooperation.

In 2010, he engaged with Bill Gates and Warren Buffett in global philanthropy dialogues and supported corporate listings as a private investor. He led the Borneo Forest Lab and the world’s first digitalized river restoration, widely covered by People’s Daily.

In 2023, he co-led the Huai River Research Center, submitting biodiversity restoration proposals. As Founder of the IESASP Alliance, he introduced the “Consensus Mosaic Model,” integrating PAD specialization, PCS system consolidation, and DeFi profit-sharing to advance water-energy-nutrition cycles and low-carbon construction, establishing the “New-Energy Consensus Standard” and driving the upgrade toward New-Energy Consensus Cities.
